From September 6-21 2024, I hosted an exhibition as part of the Golden Days Festival in Copenhagen. "The Life and Death of John Doe" invited visitors to explore a life in which all social boundaries were crossed in the pursuit of real happiness. The experience combined art, AI-generated narratives, and interactive elements to provoke thought and inspire change.
"The Life and Death of John Doe" highlighted themes of work, identity, and rebellion. Through three listening stations, attendees traced John Doe's journey from conformity to self-transformation. Visitors engaged with his intimate audio journals, capturing his thoughts and feelings, complemented by “analog” street photography.
